NFS SHIFT Drift limit times.

I agree with u about time limit in each track this will avoid bug use in many tracks but is not the only new rule necessary to make drift in NFS Shift more fair...
I think that the first 3 places on drift rankings should have the telemetries open to everyone... if anyone makes nice drifts there is no reason to hide cool runs
Is my opinion that at this point the leaderboards should be cleaned up, it is useless to upload new records with impossible scores on the top...
