1) does it freeze or shut down after the loading message ?
2) how many times does the loading window appear ? ------ try to reinstall .NET Framework , 2.0 with SP or later. and have you icq ? you have very strange problem, I did not see a similar problem earlier. If no icq maybe e-mail can help , but it not good variant..
