I'm proud to announce the first QuickCup season of NFS:Carbon Circuit 1on1. Me, CaesarTFT and CS4f1 will manage the cup. We will run the cup in cooperation to make it more enjoyable. The cup is international, it's open for everyone around the world from players who just bought the game to the professional LAN attenders.

Remember! This is an one-day cup, so all matches will be played this Sunday!

Signups
Signup will close on Sunday 29th July 12:00 CET. Don't hesitate, signup now!

Rules
The rules will be based on the WCG rules, because most of the NFS players who playing wars wanna take part in one of the ~70 Qualifiers. Therefore it isn't logical to make different rules, with similar rules our cups and ladders could be the best preparations for the biggest NFS event in international level. Also because of the online and international mode of the cup, collision detection will be off.

Screenshots
You are required to take screenshots of all matches you take part in. We remember you that with NFS: Carbon you just need to push F12 and the game will save the screen in C:\\Program Files\\Electronics Arts\\Need for Speed Carbon\\. Players are forced to make screeenshots about the games, but they don't need to send them to the cup supervisors until they don't ask it.

Deciding the map of the first cup

As we informed you, there will be at least four more cups during the summer, probably each weekend. Also to have a fast cup we need cut the maplist of WCG that consists five maps, in alphabetical order: Brooks Street, Dover Street, North Broadway, Ocean View and Skyline Avenue.

We decided to use one map in each cup, and we decided that the map will be selected by a vote where the voters are you, the players who signed up for the cup! In the upcoming cups that map will not be played anymore, so finally after five cups all five maps will be played.

So, there is a poll on the right side of this page, and you need vote for the map you want to see in the first cup, and you don't want to see in the next four cups!

There will be more information on this cup page about the tournament format, schedule, etc. soon. Please check the page very often in the upcoming two days!
