Uploading Telemetry

I have a saved telemetry file, but did not upload when I first made lap. Can I later upload the record and telemetry, and how?

The result and telemetry can be transmitted only while the program isn't switched off.
After the program turn off, the telemetry saved in file can't be record, suitable to sending.

If the telemetry has been referred on site, and then you have wanted to change level of access,
That it can be made on site in section "My Records"

If it has a red or a yellow dot on the site you can change it to green. Otherwise no.
