General




Competition Method: 1 vs. 1

Double Elimination Tournament: Best 3 out of 5

Game Type: Circuit

Host, client will be announced before the match or decided by coin toss.

Other controllers, including racing wheel, are allowed

At the end of each match, players must maintain the final screenshot and receive confirmation from a referee.

Winning a race : The winner of a race is the first player to complete 4 laps of the circuit course and cross the finish line.

Car Settings


1) Personal save files are NOT allowed.
2) WCG provided save file must be used for car setting.
3) The players are allowed to tune their cars.
4) Car setup time will be limited to 10 minutes.
5) Cars may be tuned before racing each course.
6) Corvette car is NOT allowed (also the police Corvette); AUDI R8 IS allowed.





Game Settings





Courses: North Broadway, Brooks Street, Ocean View, University Way, Skyline Avenue

Each Course may be modified by the WCG Euro committee. Players will be informed before the tournament of any such modifications

The Course selection may be changed prior to the tournament. Players will be informed of any such changes before the tournament.

Race Mode Options: Circuit

1) Laps: 4
2) Collision Detection: On
3) Nitro: OFF

4) Intentional Collision: Any intentional collision within 10 seconds of the start of the race is considered unfair play.





Disconnections





Disconnection: Any disconnection of the connection between match players due to System, Network, PC, and/or Power problems/issues

Intentional Disconnection: Upon judgment by the referee, any offending player will be charged with a loss by forfeit

When any disconnection occurs:

1) If the disconnection is deemed to be unintentional by the referee, the match will be restarted. If any player does not agree to a match restart, that player will lose by default.





Penalty for Unfair Play





Unfair Play

1) Use of any Cheat program
2) Intentional disconnection
3) Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings
4) During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determine other actions to be unfair play at any time.


Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the tournament.

Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the tournament.




These rules are for the WCG 2007 Samsung Euro Championship and are subject to modification in the following aspects.





Use of most recent patch/version release of each official game within WCG Euro committees own discretion.

In-game settings and required factors necessitated by use of most recent patch version/release

Cheat Protection Program release and/or cheat protection functions

После того что было в финале ЕЦГ,надеюсь креши будут запрещены

лично я ЗА collision, но с граммотным судейством, ведь это не так сложно, нужно просто нанять реального гоночного судью да и всё, работка то не пыльная...

КОТ, в том то и дело, что в NFS сообществе нет нормальных судей (cs4f1 не судья, он только админит). Судьи нормальные только в настоящем Racing'е (например в формуле 1 ,)
