U must login on site Arena and all date/time will be show in ur GMT Zone, then u must look at ur game(If U join to game) and in column(Game Date) u will see Date and Time ur race with opponent.
About where to go: when somebody create game he choosed where this race will be(EA Official GameServer NFSMW, pLan, Hamachi) and choosed the kind of BATTLE(2x2 1x1x1) when the game will be FULL(this mean all players join to GAME), game will be shown in status ONCOMING GAMES and this mean game WILL BE, if GAME not FULL and to this GAME don't join racers(2x2, 1x1x1) this game stay in status OPEN GAMES and will be closed(status FAILED) if in due time of race in game have not joined all players
