So, I my question is , wether USSR play in the ESL in the NFSU2 International 1on1 Circuit Ladder?

Or if USSR only drives with cars without unique parts.
It was very good, I think, when also russian drivers would drive in the ESL, because only german and czechs play good NFSU2 in the ESL.
