The limit should be feasible for each,
When I will prepare the program for connection of it, I hope limits too will be well prepared and checked up.

I can make new records, as I have gained skill. I am willing to lose all previous records in order to have clean records with no doubts of any players.

I do NOT agree with time limits. Some players are slower than others. I believe uploading of telemetry is necessary for ALL in top 5 for all to check and see. Joker never showed telemetry, and I now se why.

Last thing, clear definition of this bug or what else would be considered a cheat or bug, like making long drift on strait part of track? drifting on edges of track outside lines?

Time limits will be, but completely not rigid.
I think that while there is necessity to open all top no telemetry.
I will look some telemetry and to search in them for a bug which I can not close.
Everyone who uses that bug - will be banned.
